After the application deadline, applications are screened and interviews scheduled. Applicants chosen for an interview will be notified by the hiring committee. Depending on the position, applicants may also be asked for further background information. Hiring decisions are made by the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners. Human Resources staff contacts the selected applicant and completes the hiring process. Applicants not interviewed or chosen for hire are notified by the Department of Human Resources when the position is filled.
