Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)
Fillmore County Social Services and Employment & Economic Assistance Departments are developing the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) Biennial Services Plan for January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. The MFIP Plan is intended to help families reach economic stability under MFIP.
Federal law requires that the Biennial Plan be reviewed each year and that the public be given an opportunity for comment. See attached electronic copy below. A paper copy of the current plan can be viewed by contacting Kevin Olson at the county office, 507-765-2175. The review and public comment period ends October 27, 2019.
